are used for local serial communication of data files
(reading, programming/ parametrizing and setting) with infrared area
communication between static smart electricity meters or other electrical
energy measuring equipments (e.g. concentrators), equipped with ETD – electronic
tariff devices with optical communication interface and transportable PC/HHU
(Hand-Held Units).
The probe parameters fulfill all technical requirements on data transmission
in accordance with the standard IEC/EN 62056-21 (previous edition IEC/EN 61107).
They comply with data transmission form according to IEC 62056-61 and 6-62 and
the set of users’ requirements DLMS/COSEM.
Highlihgts
• The probes are intended for both-way serial communication with the meter;
• Both-way communication is permitted by infra-red light beam;
• For USB port there is intended other execution (USB);
• For RS 232 port there are available passive (P) or active type
(A) in accordance with PC;
• The probes are attached to the interface by permanent magnet
of the probe sensor.
